Shipping & Delivery Details
We ship goods to all areas of Mainland UK including Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. For shipping for the rest of the Channel Island and outside the UK please contact us at Phone Number or you can also send as an e-mail via our contact page on the website and we will advise you accordingly.
We aim to dispatch your orders within 2 working days using a 48 hour courier service (Not Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays).
If for any reason this cannot be achieved we will notify you as soon as possible and will be given the option to cancel your order with full refund.
A signature will be required on delivery of your goods. If there is no one available to sign for your goods a card will usually be left advising you of what action needs to be taken. This usually involves collection of the item from your local depot or a rearrangement of delivery date.
We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to third party.
If your goods cannot be delivered for any reason and returned to us, the cost of the goods will be refunded in full, less a £9.99 charged to cover packing and administration cost.
If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in the post, we will re-send your order at no cost to you after confirming the loss with the delivery company . Please do allow up to four weeks for confirmation of the lost item.
